Next to the understanding of cultural and economic relevant factors in countries abroad, you are thought the practial usage of latest management methodologies and tools. By means of the St.Galler Management model you are shown what management tasks are and how they relate to functional activities. One additional focus of the studies is your personal development towards a competent leader. This focus is taken care of withing a special coaching and development programme.

The international General Management programme provides you with fundamental management know-how and offers various opportunities for your personal development. The 18 month study is stuctured into one to two week blocks, which allow a high compatibility with your family and business life. Furthermore, this concept enables you to fully concentrate on your studies during presence times. Out of the seven modules, five take place in St.Gallen. Additionally, two modules allow you to get deep insights into relevant economies in America and ASIA. The external modules in Los Angeles, Shanghai and Beijing are held by local Professors, lecturers and speakers at leading Universities.
