Which stroke, which shapes, colors and details are suitable for printing a drawing or illustration with screen printing? In this course you will experiment with the level of detail and imprecision of illustrations and screen printing. The goal of the week is to print your own small edition of multi-colored postcards. You will learn to expand your creative work directly at the printing table. All steps for the technical basics of screen printing are included in the course: creating templates and films, exposing screens, setting up professional hand-printing tables and using tools. The aim of the course is on the one hand to expand your design repertoire with screen printing technology, and on the other hand to get to know all the steps and tools so that you can use the printing studio independently for your work after this course.
