Ma­na­ge­ment sy­stems and de­fi­ni­ti­on of qua­li­ty
You learn what a ma­na­ge­ment sy­stem is, how to build one and how to in­te­gra­te the needs of dif­fe­rent sta­ke­hol­der groups in­to it. You ex­plo­re what qua­li­ty me­ans for your com­pa­ny and learn how to sy­ste­ma­ti­cal­ly ma­na­ge the qua­li­ty of pro­ducts and ser­vices.

Re­co­gni­ti­on of qua­li­ty: stan­dards and mo­dels
You can pre­pa­re your or­ga­ni­sa­ti­on for cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on (e.g. ISO 9001) and sup­port the ma­na­ge­ment of your com­pa­ny with sui­ta­ble me­thods for stee­ring and shaping the or­ga­ni­sa­ti­on.

Pro­cess maps, pro­cess de­sign, key fi­gu­res and pro­cess do­cu­men­ta­ti­on
You know how pro­ces­ses can be vi­sua­li­sed and do­cu­men­ted and you are fa­mi­li­ar with the tips and tricks for me­a­su­ring and con­trol­ling pro­ces­ses in prac­ti­ce so that the re­sults achie­ve the de­si­red qua­li­ty. In the­se pro­ces­ses, you ta­ke risks and stra­te­gic ob­jec­ti­ves in­to ac­count.

Sy­ste­ma­tic ap­proach and ana­ly­sis me­thods
You learn how to work with the PDCA cy­cle and other me­thods such as sta­ke­hol­der, va­lue stream, SWOT and Is­hi­ka­wa ana­ly­ses.

In­ter­nal au­dits
You learn about the be­ne­fits of in­ter­nal au­dits, what must be con­si­de­red when plan­ning in­ter­nal au­dits and how to con­duct au­dits pro­fes­sio­nal­ly – in­clu­ding trai­ning in com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and awa­ren­ess of the pit­falls of hu­man per­cep­ti­on.

Fun­da­men­tals of qua­li­ty as­suran­ce
You lay the foun­da­ti­ons for en­su­ring the qua­li­ty of your pro­ducts and ser­vices. How does this work? Un­der­stan­ding cust­o­mer re­qui­re­ments, trans­la­ting them in­to in­ter­nal spe­ci­fi­ca­ti­ons and en­su­ring that the­se are com­plied with in the pro­ces­ses. We al­so ta­ke a brief look at how to deal with er­rors.

Shaping the ro­le of the qua­li­ty and pro­cess ma­na­ger
As a qua­li­ty ma­na­ger, you know what op­ti­ons you ha­ve, how to shape your own ro­le pro­fes­sio­nal­ly, and how to re­cogni­se the po­ten­ti­al wi­t­hin your func­tion – for your per­so­nal de­ve­lop­ment as well as for the de­ve­lop­ment of your or­ga­ni­sa­ti­on.
