Management systems and definition of quality
You learn what a management system is, how to build one and how to integrate the needs of different stakeholder groups into it. You explore what quality means for your company and learn how to systematically manage the quality of products and services.
Recognition of quality: standards and models
You can prepare your organisation for certification (e.g. ISO 9001) and support the management of your company with suitable methods for steering and shaping the organisation.
Process maps, process design, key figures and process documentation
You know how processes can be visualised and documented and you are familiar with the tips and tricks for measuring and controlling processes in practice so that the results achieve the desired quality. In these processes, you take risks and strategic objectives into account.
Systematic approach and analysis methods
You learn how to work with the PDCA cycle and other methods such as stakeholder, value stream, SWOT and Ishikawa analyses.
Internal audits
You learn about the benefits of internal audits, what must be considered when planning internal audits and how to conduct audits professionally – including training in communication skills and awareness of the pitfalls of human perception.
Fundamentals of quality assurance
You lay the foundations for ensuring the quality of your products and services. How does this work? Understanding customer requirements, translating them into internal specifications and ensuring that these are complied with in the processes. We also take a brief look at how to deal with errors.
