The MBA Office has a dedicated careers team offering a range of workshops, personal development coaching and soft skills courses throughout the year to ensure that participants are able to continue to grow both academically and personally during the MBA. The small class sizes enable participants to take full advantage of the resources available throughout the two years of the programme.

The St.Gallen MBA's aim is to provide the foundations and applications in management which are both theoretically solid and practically relevant. Core Modules (Programme for Leadership Development)
Core MBA modules taught in St.Gallen and Barcelona are supplemented by a specialised Leadership module delivered throughout the programme with additional European modules.

Leadership Acceleration Courses
These run in parallel to the core course, and focus on personal development, Communikation and Public Speaking skills, Leading People skills, Team Dynamics and Business Culture

Integration Courses
These are designed to help MBAs apply knowledge to practice and to become experts in solving complex business problems. The integration courses are specifically designed to boost practical know-how and better prepare MBAs for continuous career progression.

Elective Modules
Participants are offered a range of elective options covering specialist areas including: Finance and Banking, Strategic Marketing Management, Global Business Environment, Emerging Markets, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability. To increase choice and networking opportunities, electives are offered jointly with participants from the Full-time MBA class.
