The course is the optimal exam preparation for the PMI-ACP® certificate of the PMI® (method-independent certification). The PMI-ACP® is a proof of your practical experience and skills as part of an agile team.

PMI requires a Master's (secondary level degree), 21 contact hours of training in agile practices, 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® meets this requirement, therefore does not need to demonstrate this. In addition, 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years is required.

If you do not have any experience in working with agile projects, we recommend you to study the Scrum Guide beforehand.

This course is aimed at employees of agile teams or employees from organizations that are implementing agile practices.
