With the sixth edition, agile product development approaches have finally found their way into the standard of the PMBOK Guide. In this course, you get to know the agile methods and their allocation to the knowledge areas and processes of the PMBOK.

The prerequisite is knowledge of the process model of the PMBOK, preferably the fifth or sixth edition. In addition, experience and knowledge with agile tools such as Scrum and Kanban are beneficial.
